2. Urgent – Call NHS 111
111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.
- NHS 111 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- You will speak to trained advisers, nurses, or doctors
- They will tell you the best place to go for help
3. Pharmacy help
Your local pharmacist can give advice and treatment for many common problems such as:
- Coughs and colds
- Sore throats
- Rashes
- Stomach upsets
4. Wait for the surgery to reopen
If your problem is not urgent, please wait until the surgery is open and contact us then.
